About Rcoz (Our cause)
https://rcoz.us

Nearly one in five U.S. adults live with a mental illness. Studies have shown that talking about mental health can help to remove the surrounding stigma and normalize honest conversations.

Rcoz is removing stigma through storytelling in an open and accessible platform. Genuine conversations concerning mental health can be difficult, as a lot of shame and stigma exists around the subject. Struggling with mental health can be an isolating experience — our open platform provides an accessible resource for people to be empowered by sharing their stories or listening to the stories of others.

Explore art with Suchita Rathi Jhawar
https://www.instagram.com/artbysuchi_/

Suchita combines her insatiable need to narrate her thoughts through visual art. She has shown her work both nationally and internationally in a variety of genres. She is just as happy in her studio in Encinitas as she is volunteering in various art museums, curating art workshops and fundraising for worthy causes through her Art events. She loves bringing Asmi to the audience and bringing them closer to art.

ASMI ( “I am” in Sanskrit)  Asmi is all about exploring a woman’s journey as she finds herself and her qualities through the eyes of an Artist. A curated art talk with paintings and a story that tells the viewer that a woman is so many things and has an inner Shakti.

Be a part of a drumming circle to create music with Music for Minors II
https://www.musicforminors2.org

Music is a great healer, feeding the brain while it touches the heart. The sounds of music can soothe, inspire, activate and bring joy which has the power to transform lives.

Music for Minors II nurtures the love and literacy of music in children’s classrooms and lives by recruiting, training and supporting community volunteers who become music docents or “music messengers” sharing weekly music enrichment lessons and providing performance opportunities for them in the community.
