Our Mission
Rcoz.us (our cause) is a 501(c)(3) – A California charitable nonprofit organization. EIN: 90-0819092:
We are an open platform that connects the community via short video stories. These peer to peer conversations and personal narratives of everyday people who look and sound like you are relatable and help combat loneliness and uplift the mental and emotional well being of society through human connections.
Often, we just want to be heard and not isolated from each other. You are not alone in your struggles and challenges
Your role is to engage in a casual conversation with someone you know or would like to know and record a short video about their life or background. It doesn’t have to be very long; we just want to show them that we, as a community care.

Roopali Rajvanshy
board member
Roopali has been a fearless optimist at using new trends. With a degree in Sociology, she has done various stints as a garment designer and social worker in India. After coming to the US, she has been a Web designer, Marketing manager, Social Media expert, Social Selling guru, and a Storyteller for tech companies like Cisco, IBM, VMware etc. as well as bay area start-ups. All of these experiences were quite different yet connected to each other. She has always taken new challenges head on and made it a success.
Jagdish Grover
board member
Jagdish holds a CPA, MBA and Bachelor of Law LLB degrees. He recently oversaw global corporate finance and operations for SkillNet Solutions Inc. and has held strategic finance positions for a number of companies. He is an author “The Impact of Strategy Selection, Goal Setting and Monitoring on Satisfaction, Performance and Intrinsic Motivation”.
Aarti Gupta

Aarti Gupta currently heads GTM strategy / analytics of small business product portfolio at Intuit. Prior to joining Intuit, I worked at Bain & Company for the last 11 years leading their Global Advanced Analytics & Marketing Science team. She believes in building stronger communities & connections and has been fortunate to chair several Women@Analytics conferences and symposiums in the past – always eagerly looking for the next opportunity to give back and is a big promoter of Rcoz.us mission.
Sravanthi Kothakota

Sravanthi is Software Engineering Manager, & has played several roles such as developer, architect, program manager and product manager across various industries. Any talk or paper on robotics/automation picks her interest as she believes that technological advancements can do greater good if used responsibly. She has a social entrepreneurship background and is an advocate of digital literacy for seniors. She is excited to be at Rcoz and wishes to make the platform more visible, reachable, and effective.
Sheetal Yadav
Core Team
Sheetal is working as a Contracts Specialist in a Biotech company in Santa Clara. She is a 3rd year law student at NWCU law school. She is also an Electrical Engineer Sheetal enjoys reading books on U.S. history and biographical books. She is passionate about community work and is engaged in various non-profits working with homelessness, supporting the elderly and mentoring the youth. She is working on building the community at Rcoz.us
Monica Medina
Core Team
Monica Medina is an experienced Software Development Engineer/Manager/ Project/Program Manager with 20+ years of experience in the areas of data center , data protection applications, video server and streaming, managing projects, and leading very successful teams. Monica came to the USA from Colombia to do a Masters in Electrical/Computer Engineering . She has two sons and enjoys traveling with the family and getting to know other places, countries and cultures. She loves dancing and being outdoors walking, hiking and enjoying nature.
Malika Rajvanshy

Malika Rajvanshy is currently a senior software engineer at Slack living in London. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Computer Science. She has always been interested in volunteering and giving back to her community and has started some small ventures of her own. In her free time, she loves to travel, cook, and practice calligraphy. She is very excited to be spending some of her time with Rcoz.

Leshe is a second year master’s student in the Interaction Design program held jointly between Tallinn University and Cyprus University of Technology. She maintains and improves Rcoz’s website and user experience. In her free time, she is a city ambassador and enjoys gardening.
Kanan Vyas

Kanan has a Life Science graduate from the University of Tennessee. She serves as the grant and blog writer for Rcoz. In her free time she enjoys watching movies, travelling, cooking and exercising.
Romeo Bocala

Romeo is leading a normal life despite his disability with his learning and speech. He is studying at the Chabot College in California. Romeo is the YouTube editor with Rcoz. Also, he has his own three channels at YouTube. He is slowly improving his skill in editing and also working on recording stories of others.
Robert Clemons
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Robert is a Veteran who served 12 years in the United States Air Force and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Business with Human Resources Concentration. He currently serves as an EA for Rcoz. In addition, he works with grant writing, program management, video editing, content writing, & music production. He enjoys watching movies and taking long walks with his wife and dog in his free time.
Mytri Gandikota
Tech Consultant
Mytri comes with an experience of business consulting in tech and finance industries and is responsible for Rcoz.us’s analytics and data insights. All her free time is spent on travel, book reading clubs and pro bono work
Ayushi Jharia
Web Developer
Ayushi is a Mechanical Engineer and is the CEO of her own business consulting firm. She is Rcoz’s web developer. Her interests and hobbies include: playing guitar, traveling, and developing mobile apps.
